About This Class
Here's a standing and floor strength routine that uses a small weighted ball. If you don't have a ball, you can hold one dumbbell instead.
- I recommend starting with a 2 lb. ball or a 4 lb. ball. Beginners may wish to start with a light dumbbell or no weight.
- A cushioned mat for the floor work.
