New class weekly!
Join Michelle for this fun, effective full body exercise program that's especially designed for adults over 50. Includes cardio dance, strength, flexibility, exercises to improve your balance, and stretching -- all done to music you'll love. Movements are performed standing, or can be done seated if preferred. There is no getting down on the floor. Suitable for all ages and most fitness levels.
It's time to get active, feel great and live your best life now!
- Dumbbells. Beginners start with 0-2 lbs.
- If gripping dumbbells is uncomfortable, try wrist weights instead.
- Chair - used for some exercises
- Resistance Tube with Handles. Beginners: Use a light resistance.
If you don't have weights or a tube yet, you can do the workout without them.
