About This Class
Join Michelle for a fun chair workout class to help you become stronger, more energetic and more flexible. It's a gentle program that includes cardio, dumbbells (optional), stretching, and relief for your aching joints and body. Especially beneficial for those with arthritis.
Do this program regularly and be amazed at how much better you'll feel!
- Light dumbbells (optional). Beginners start with 0-2 lbs.
- If gripping dumbbells is uncomfortable, try wrist weights instead.
