Grab your shiny leotard and leg warmers! Let's have some fun with this retro style workout that's updated but reminiscent of your favorite low-impact aerobics videos of the 80s and 90s. This is my special gentle fitness version so it's a bit less hyper and intense than what we did back in the day -- but still challenging. Burn fat, take a trip down memory lane, and get fit the fun way!
