About This Class

You're not currently exercising, but you'd like to make it a new habit? Here's my signature 30-day Jumpstart Program for true beginners. It's a gentle, full body strength and flexibility routine that starts you off with 15 minutes a day the first week, and adds 5 minutes of new exercises each week until you've worked your way up to 30 minutes. And you'll LOVE the chair yoga we end with each time.

By the end of the 30 days, you'll feel stronger, more flexible, less sore, more energetic and you'll even sleep better! Plus, you'll make your doctor VERY happy when you can report that you are now exercising regularly!

It is both standing and chair, or all can be done in a chair. 

This is a truly doable program. 15 minutes a day -- you got this! So let's get started.

Supplies used:

  • Chair
  • Dumbbells. Beginners start with 0-2 lbs. 
    • If gripping dumbbells is uncomfortable, try wrist weights instead.
